Our brewing process starts with sourcing the highest quality and in-season ingredients for our beers. Head Brewer, Mark Musso, is always inspired by the Finger Lake's region and its ever-changing seasons. 

Mark keeps a close eye on larger beer trends and the tastes of consumers without compromising on quality, creativity, and flavor. Local peaches are used in the summer for a Peach Gose while local pumpkins are used in the fall for the Pumpkin Cream Ale.
