Mark Musso has been the head brewer at Keuka Brewing Co. for more than 7 years. His beers have been recognized by prestigious awards and have gained attention across the region. 

 
First and foremost, I like making beers that I personally enjoy drinking, knowing that will transfer on to the consumer. I strive to make standout beers through the use of new ingredients, barrel aging programs, mixed fermentations and personal touches on traditional beer styles. - Mark

HONEY KOLSCH

It's time to celebrate spring. The "Perstephone" Honey Kolsch beer is now on tap. Perstephone was named after the Greek goddess of spring, Persephone, and is KBC's spring seasonal brew. This is a German-style Kolsch beer that is brewed with local honey to add a gentle sweetness. It pours light golden in color while releasing aromas of German hops and a subdued fruitiness from the specialty yeast. This Honey Kolsch is the perfect beer to say goodbye to winter and to welcome a new season in the Finger Lakes.

POLYMORPHIC IPA #2

This is the second edition in our Polymorphic rotating IPA series. We kept the same malt bill as the first batch consisting of superior pale and loads of flaked wheat to increase the body of the beer and to maintain aromatics in the beer head. The explosive fruit character comes from a double dry hopping with ekuanot and amarillo  as well as the addition of loads of raw Rkatsiteli grape juice from Dr. Konstantin Frank Wine Cellars. This beer emanates aromas and flavors of bright pineapple, ripe mango and white pear.
